We provide a Service that Caters to you and your Pet’s needs, to give you a stress-free time away from home.

Our service begins with an initial free interview where you get to meet us and we meet your pets. If we will be needing a key, it is at this time that we ask you to have a spare key ready to give to us.

To make sure you and your pets are comfortable and confident with our services we will gather thorough written instructions about your pet’s routine, health and other important information. We will go over all of our policies and procedures and answer any questions you may have. Your pets will receive excellent care you can depend on.

We keep a daily diary of all pets’ behaviours while you are away and pass a copy of it onto you upon your return. We also encourage you to ring us at any time to see how your pets are going. We realize this may be a very stressful time for you and your pets and so we try to minimize this stress as much as possible.

•	We offer you the choice of having your lawn mowed and garden watered while you are away
•	We are Qualified "Consultants in Aromatherapy for Pets" which gives you a choice in Alternative Care for your pets to help with discomfort or to help to de-stress your pet naturally while left at home on their own.
•	We also offer to personally drop your keys off to you upon your return from your trip at no extra charge to maximize your home security.
