Bruce & Anezka and their team provide a Quality & Professional In-Home Pet Minding Service that Caters to you and your Pet’s needs. So as to give you a stress-free time away from home.
Our service begins with an initial free interview where you get to meet us and we meet your pets. If we will be needing a key, it is at this time that we ask you to have a spare key ready to give to us.

To make sure you and your pets are comfortable and confident with our services Bruce and Anezka will gather thorough written instructions about your pet’s routine, health and other important information. We will go over all of our policies and procedures and answer any questions you may have. Your pets will receive excellent care you can depend on. No contracts to sign just detailed pet info to keep them happy while you are away.

We keep a daily diary of all pets’ behaviours while you are away and pass a copy of it onto you upon your return. We also encourage you to ring us at any time to see how your pets are going. We believe all pets are less stressed while staying in their own environment.

We also offer a unique service of staying over night. This service is ideal for older pets that might need help to go out through the night or for young pets that need that constant interaction.
